Accident Coverage
Accidents happen and not at the most convenient time. Because we know how accidents can impact your household, we offer a plan to help cover cost associated with accidents.
Eligibility
Full-Time Associates regularly scheduled to work at least 30 hours per week are eligible to elect accident coverage. If elected, coverage begins the first of the month following a 60-day waiting period.
Coverage Options
Accident insurance provides you a cash benefit for covered injuries, treatments, and services. This coverage is in addition to whatever your medical plan may cover.
Payments go directly to you, not the doctor and enrollment is easy, with no medical questions.
