Coverage Details
- 60% of your compensation, up to $1,500 per week
- Benefits begin on the 8th day of inability to work
- Coverage provided for up to 90 days
What It Costs
H+H covers the full cost of this benefit for our associates.
Eligibility
Full-time associates regularly scheduled to work at least 30 hours per week are eligible to elect disability coverage.
60-day waiting period
30+ hours/week required
If elected, coverage begins the first of the month following a 60-day waiting period.
