Life Insurance
Life insurance provides a safety net for your beneficiaries, and is a benefit offered through Guardian.
Eligibility
Full-Time Associates regularly scheduled to work at least 30 hours per week are eligible to elect life insurance coverage. If elected, coverage begins the first of the month following a 60-day waiting period.
Coverage Options
- For Associates: Policies are available in amounts between $10,000 to $250,000, in increments of $10,000.
- For your Spouse: Policies are available in amounts between $5,000 to $125,000; provided the policy does not exceed 100% of the Associates elected amount of life insurance.
- For your Child(ren): Policies are available in amounts between $1,000 to $10,000; provided the policy does not exceed 100% of the Associates elected amount of life insurance.
