Vision
Eye exams are a great way to keep tabs on what is happening in your body. Your eyes are the only place in your body that provide a clear view of your blood vessels, arteries, and a cranial nerve, which can tell your doctor a lot about your overall health.
Eligibility
Full-Time Associates regularly scheduled to work at least 30 hours per week are eligible to elect vision insurance. If elected, coverage begins the first of the month following a 60-day waiting period.
Eligible Associates may also enroll their:
- Spouse
- Children up to age 26
- Disabled children over the age of 26
